If you do not receive NBA TV as part of your cable/streaming/satellite package, you can purchase the network standalone for $7/month or $59/year. The TNT Overtime streams do not include the usual camera angles or announcers. If you do not receive TNT through your cable or satellite provider, all of TNT games will be streamed for free via TNT Overtime available in the NBA app.
You can also stream all games with Sling, which has ESPN, TNT and NBA TV (plus ABC games on ESPN3). Each of those platforms has ABC, ESPN, TNT and NBA TV. If you do not have a traditional cable/satellite subscription, you can still stream the full NBA playoff TV schedule via streaming providers Fubo TV (purchase a free trial or subscription here), YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV and DirecTV Stream.
